Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’ error after submitting

On Google search console I see 6 links with error
Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’
urls as as below
https://sitename/category/information-technology/
https://sitename/category/interview-prep/
https://sitename/category/communication/
https://sitename/category/career-tips/
https://sitename/category/technology/
https://sitename/category/lifestyle/

I have checked the above pages and see no index updated (However i have not specified this in configuration setting )
Every above page is updated with below meta

what could be the possible resolution ? How do i remove noindex from above pages ?
