Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’

For some Reasons, I keep getting this error message, [Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’] in my Google Search console, But the fact is I do not have any idea fixing it.
.
I really want all my website pages and post to be index by google.
Many of my content is not displaying on google after trying several time validating from search console. Please what should I do?

@frendokents I am getting the same warning with google search console and my robots.txt is also same as yours. I dont think the issue is with robots.txt. I think that xml sitemaps is submitting pages that I marked as noindex… which are I actually do not want to be indexed… yet xml sitemap places it in sitemap anyway.
Does anyone know how to explicitly exclude a url slug from xml sitemap?
