Submitted post content sent to moderator email?

Hi,
Love this plugin. Is it possible to have the post content included in the email notification that is sent to the moderator whenever a post is submitted? Also, can the email notification be sent to more than one email address? Apologies if these questions are answered somewhere else, I couldn’t find them.
