submits comments

Hello, Im using wptouch on my blog at cookingwithpeachy.com but when a user or even me submit a comment via the comment form at the endo of the page (first there is no anti-spam or captcha!) the result is in an anonymous comment with empty information on the admin panel of wordpress. Has anyone experience this? How to solve?
