“Submit your review” loops endlessly

Since you are using Cloudflare, you probably need to clear the cache.

Thank you – I did try clearing the cache but that did not solve the problem. I further did some testing and here is what I found:

I have both W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare activated on the website. I tested 3 scenarios and here is what I found:

– When I disabled both cloudflare and W3 Total Cache – I was able to submit the review

– When I enabled Cloudflare and disabled W3 Total Cache – I was able to submit the review

– When I disabled Cloudflare and enable W3 Total Cache – I was unable to submit the review and saw counter error (when I inspected the element)

Hope this helps.

You need to flush the W3 Total Cache, then flush the Cloudflare cache.
