Submit wheel spins continuously

I purchased and installed Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload for Contact Form 7 Pro yesterday. Everything works fine when I upload a small file but if I try to upload anything over about 500k, the progress wheel by the submit button spins forever. The file is uploaded but the email message is never sent. I have the max file size set to 5mb in the contact form. Any ideas?
