Submit video not working

  • Here is my FORM code:

    And here is my mail attributes:

    This e-mail was sent from a SOLiD MOTION

    First of all I do not get any emails. All other email settings/notification works just fine, also the main contact form on my contact us page.

    This is for users to submit video links/URL and also file upload.

    What is wrong??

  • Sending uploaded video files via email is likely to be highly problematic due to typical email attachment size limits.

    Is there a plugin which uploads files to my server instead of sending me email??

    I remember once i bought a multiple file uploader in flash. But can my wordpress take that flash uploader??
