    This is a prepurchase question:

Both Submit Ticket & My Ticket overflow out of the column width set on-site page.
Is there a CSS code that can be used for a custom width for each? Preferable 1/2 the width of one full column (1000px).

FYI, in responsive mode both work fine in Mobile and Tablet Mode, the only issue is in Desktop mode. The site is still under construction and is not live.

I am using Elementor Pro Page Builder and the full width of a column is 1000px.
Preferably, I am trying to set up my pages like yours on https://getawesomesupport.com/contact/

My Ticket has the row containing column titles the overflows.
Submit Ticket has every row overflowing out of column width.

I am not sure how to attach screen captures of my issues.

    Looking forward to your reply,
    Fabio

    Hi @fpuccinelli8,

Like commented on the ticket, We have the guides for customizing each of the Awesome Support themes. Some themes break down their default single page into components so this is just a general guide for you to get started:

    getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/templating
    getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/ticket-details-page-template

I will mark this topic as solved, but if you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Regards.
