submit theme to wordpress directory if theme using Redux framework

Hi, I am building a wordpress theme using redux framework for theme options. While using redux i get some error and warning when checking them using themecheck plugin.

Will the theme be accepted having warnings in redux code ?
What is the minimum requirements for theme acceptance?
