Submit Resume form not working

I have the shortcode [submit_resume_form] on my “post a resume” page on my site, on my resume settings, under pages, I have the “Submit Resume Page” pointing to this page which has the [submit_resume_form] in it but when I view the page on the site or through the view page function from the backend the page does not show the form only the title of the page and a message for me to either register or if I’m logged in it says “name” but nothing else.

I am wondering if I have accidentally modified visibility somewhere which is preventing this page from being viewed, all help would be much appreciated. Site is still a work in progress.
