• I’m trying out the free version before purchase, and have added 4 test products all of which are variable and use the Product Add-ons plugin. I;ve managed to add products to the quote list, and can view it fine on the Request a Quote page. However, when I submit the quote list, I remain on the Request a Quote page, and am presented with a message stating “You received a quote request from [customer name here]. The request is the following:” and an empty table with the headings “Product”, “Quantity”, “Subtotal”.

Is this normal behaviour? If not, what would be the likely cause?

I’m not using any caching plugins.

    Hello,
the free plugin is not compatible with any Product Addons plugin.
Only the premium is integrated with YITH WooCommerce Product Addons Premium.

Try to deactivate the plugin Product Addons and let me know if you have the same problem only with variation.
Note: the variations must have a price.

Nope, didn’t fix it. I deactivated that and this plugin, and still the same outcome.

    Variations all have prices.
