Submit post button redirect

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the nice plugin!

I was wondering if it is possible to redirect to another page after submitting a post.
I have a page where I loop posts, and I added a diffrent page with the form to add new posts.
If a user is ready to submit the new post and clicks on submit it does submit the post, but the ‘submit post’ page loads again.
I want to redirect the user to the page where I loop all posts, or to the specific post that was just submitted without showing the form again.

I hope this question is clear enough.
