Submit multiple copies of one form with one button?

  • Im having a hard time approaching it.
    i want to fill a page with the same form 10 times, so i will get 10 different rows in the DB, but i want all of them to be registered with a single button so i can proceed to payment.

    any thoughts on how can i approach it?
