Submit Issue – Status Wheel Keeps Spinning

On my page, when people submit their info using the form. The progress wheel will come up and just keep spinning indefinitely. The user will never get a thank you message. However, the emails are coming through just as normal. This just started happening out of the blue. We did add some caching but have troubleshooted with it disabled and still have the same issue.
This is happening site wide with all of the contact forms on the site.
