    Hello. I’m having a problem on my WooCommerce website. When the customer has gone through checkout and payment is complete, a message pops up. Screenshot: https://prntscr.com/dxrwwu

    I’m using Stripe for payment gateway, with your official integration.

    I contacted Stripe, which said that I should contact whoever made the integration.

    Do you know how to fix this? This is very urgent.

    The payment is fine, and if I press the button, I will get to the order confirmation page.

    Please open a ticket with our support team via https://www.WooCommerce.com ( Go to Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free Plugins ), so that we can investigate this further. Please make sure to include a temporary Administrator username and password with your message, so that our team can take a look at your site.

    That message is not coming from our plugin. I would suggest you re-check all your other plugins. Perhaps disable all of them except WooCommerce and Stripe and re-test.
