I can’t tell or not if it is already Possible but I have been looking all night. When Sharing Through twitter or Facebook, I’d like there to be an option for an Assigned Title Variable. So in stead of %SCORE% Id like to be able to use %TITLE%. So instead of “I am ’25 points’ Brained” It can say I am “I am ‘Left’ Brained” Is this possible? Thank you.
Hi! Love your plugin. Using the newest version currently.
I am enjoying the addition of categories, but I was wondering if their functionality could be developed further. I can assign a unique category to each question, which is great for displaying the answer to an individual question in the results. But what I’d like to do is take that category variable and be able to use it to generate a customized result.
For example, I’d like to be able to say,
“Oh, you scored a 3 on Question 2. Therefore….XYC”
“You scored a 6 on Question 2. Therefore…ABC.”It doesn’t seem currently possible to place the category variable in the Greater Than/Less Than section of the results (and obviously doing so would cause some math problems, since it would be hard to verify beforehand if the statement actually makes sense?)
Hopefully that makes sense, and thank you for your time!
Finally categories are here ;), I’m a happy bunny. Frank, could you create average score per cat. There are again 2 types, % and Number.
Hi Frank,
Is it possible to send email only if the user has answered all questions correctly? and if they haven’t, then they will be redirected to quiz with the error message “you haven’t answer all questions correctly, please re-take the quiz”
I will be happy to pay for this small change if you can do it straight away.
Thanks,
ArpitaHi Everyone
Sorry for posting a question here. I didn’t get a reply on the thread I created so I am hoping someone can help me here.
I think this plugin is awesome however, I am wondering if there’s a way to customize the results page when shared to social media (esp. Facebook) rather than just seeing the points results?
For example:
A personality test and the results are related to animals personality. Is there a way to display the animals picture with its personality description when shared to Facebook? Rather than just the result points?Looking forward to any help. Thanks ??
I will tell you how I solved it Ganessa. put this in the results text and it will redirect them to another page.

It is an ugly fix but it seems to be working. Then just ad your own sharebutton. here is an example of mine. Replace My url with yours.

here is an example on my quiz
Use facebook debugger to check your share image and Excerpt. Click it a few times to see it all. If you want to update the image, rename it or facebook will keep using the old one for a long time without updating the cache.Hi Frank,
Great plug-in. I would love to see the following features:
1.
<div>
or<span>
tag with a class around the question number and question text for more flexibility in styling (like say a box around the question but not the answers).2. An overview of all question numbers at the top of the test. These should be buttons and allow you to jump straight to a specific question. The color of the button depicts whether the question has received an answer yet. This way the person doing the test knows which questions are still unanswered. In my opinion the color should NOT indicate whether the question was answered correctly. Although that could be an option that one could switch on or off in the settings.
3. The clock should start counting when the first question comes into view. The introductory text at the beginning could then be used for test instructions. When the person clicks a button ‘start the test‘ (currently the ‘next‘ button) he or she sees the first question and the clock starts running. This means the ‘next‘ button on the first view of the test should preferrably be customizable.
4. Have a passing percentage so that someone passes after answering a specifiable percentage of questions correct.
5. If 4 gets implemented I would like to see an e-mail layout that can change according to the results. So preferrably a passed lay-out and a failed lay-out.
6. More and better styling options for the certificate.
I wouldn’t mind paying an extra fee for implementation of these features .
One question. Would the styles still work and overrule the default styles if I added them to the child-theme’s ‘styles.css’ file? This would be a lot handier as I can then edit the styles in my favorite editor. The workflow of changing the layout becomes much faster then when working inside the Dashboard of the plug-in.
Thanks for adding hooks! You’ve saved me a lot of headaches from overwritten changes.
Can you add an ability to sort the “Quiz Results” page, especially by each column name.
Also, I changed the labels on the 4-fixed fields in the settings area. I changed:
Text for name field to “First Name”
Text for business field to “Last Name”It’s just better for us and our installation to label them this way. So if you could also use our custom labels as the columns headers on the “Quiz Results” page, that would be awesome.
Thanks for considering.
Would like the ability to give certain WP Users rights and permissions to create and manage quizzes while restricting other WP Users to only see Quiz Results.
Thanks for considering.
A nice feature would be a “live / real-time” scoring capability whereby a quiz taker cannot move to a new question until the current question is answered correctly. This is especially useful because we have had to put all of our questions on a single page due to limitations in scoring when using the next and previous buttons. (We use the tool for right-then-and-there scoring vs. scoring on the server once the Finish/Submit button is clicked.
Thanks for considering.
Whew this list has gotten long! I added the recent requests to my list and will try to get to them as I can.
My web developer activated this plugin. And he told me that he purchased it for 10 $. After installation of plugin, i didnt found any radio button for selecting answers (as shown in screenshot). I am using the frog theme. As per my developer, the radio button feature is not available for this plugin. So kindly let me know whether it is available or not and if available, how to fix this problem
Greetings onlinelawclub:
Thank you for choosing to use this plugin. This plugin is completely free and does not cost anything to use. We do offer premium addons that perhaps your developer purchased.

Hi Frank!
First of all, congratulations on finding a market in need for good plugins. You are in short time becoming the number one place to go to, conquering WP Pro quiz which seems abandoned.
I really would like to see many of those features implemented here. My only issue with that one currently is that when providing free answers, the javascript code without encryption basically list them in page source, so anybody can check for the answers, which sucks ??
Please keep in mind that I am not in any way advertising the other plugin, I am desperate to find something to my soon to be released site that works almost as well as that one, but is more secure answer wise in code.
About your plugin:
-I’d like to chip in with having the option to autostart the quiz on the page, so users don’t have to click the start quiz button, also, they should not have to click the SUBMIT in the end either. Those extra two clicks really hurt usability trust me. I mainly just use 1-2 questions per quiz, and it’s more clicks to start and finish the quiz than to actually type in the answer.
-Achievements V3 support would be awesome, again something that you are behind a bit with your plugin.
-Any sort of importing large amounts of quiz would be nice, with preset incremental shortcode numbers already provided by the user, and so on.
-I haven’t checked too deep but I believe you don’t use databases since after creating a few quizzes my db hasn’t changed, it would be beneficial for separate custom stat tracking and queries.
-Leaderboards are nice, however quizzes are not having categories yet, meaning if i have 100 quizzes and want to count all of them as results for everyone, who has taken them, it’s not possible. Think of it like having one question every day, that some users answer, some not, some correctly, some not. And these day by day make a competition of who is the best, so the leaderboard for all those separate quizzes per day would be counted as one huge leaderboard. I think it’s not too tough to implement and would be supercool ??
I’m willing to donate for development, if you could prioritize some of these features. Please let me know if you are more motivated if so ??
