• Hi, I have a problem, sometimes when users fill out the multi-step form on my website, they get the error “submission failed”. They cannot send form to me.
    This happens, for example, when you press enter on the text, for example.

    The text area doesn’t break any lines pressing the enter key for a new line.
    How can I resolve this? it’s quite urgent.

    you already find the thread.
    if that issue continues please send us more information about your WP configuration and PHP version for debugging.
    You can also try with a fresh WP, a standard theme and only our plugin active. If that works activate plugin after plugin to isolate the problem.
    Please check if you can send administrative mails like the one you get after creating a user to check.
    PLease check your PHP version, we recommend a stable version up from 7.2.0
    Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly via our company site for more information.

    The other issue with line breaks will also be affected by the WP configuration.

    The problem remains…
    I can’t have that version of PHP you recommend, I have version 8.0
    Is there anything else I can do? This problem only happens with your plugin.

    If you are using the latest php version this conflict can be caused by another plugin or the WP.
    To search for the error it will be necessary to set up a test system with a fresh WP, a standard theme and only our plugin active. If that works activate plugin after plugin to isolate the problem.
