Submit comment takes reader to google page

When a reader clicks “submit comment” to comment on an entry, they are taken to https://www.google.com/custom and are unable to comment. I’ve tried to resolve on my own, but I’m sure you can imagine how fruitless googleing “google” is! Thanks in advance!
