Problem disapeare after “Comment Attachment” plugin deactivation

Please update wpDiscuz Media Uploader to version. Delete cache and test it again.

This error is well known, and it’s already fixed. You should delete cache very well, this is a cache issue if you’re using the latest WMU addon.
And before checking please do CTRL+F5 on browser.
