Submit buttons missing

    Hi,

    Thank you for this great plugin! Unfortunately, I’m having a big issue with the gravity forms element.

    I have tried deactivating all of the plugins (except yours and gravity forms obviously) and the issue persists.

    Every time I try to customize the look of the submit button, it disappears. If I don’t use the custom option for the button, it works, but it doesn’t look how I want it to.

    You can see on all these pages that all of the forms are missing the submit button.

    (the footer form does not use your plugin, it is a widget section)
