Submit buttons have disappeared

Hi, Submit button for one of the two quizzes disappeared. I tired to create new quiz, every new quiz is missing the submit button. I see in form that this is common issue and you stopped the support of the plugin in www.remarpro.com.

Can you please have a look on this issue?
