Submit Button Text Color Issue

I set the global colors up in Customizer and while it works perfectly fine for dropping a button on a page using Elementor (using Astra theme) the WPForms submit button is a different color. I set it up to be yellow text and change to white text when you hover. Instead it’s gray text and white when you hover. I can add CSS to change it to yellow but then I lose the white hover effect. I cannot for the life of me figure out where the gray color is coming from.
