Submit button returns blank page

  • Hi,
    I have experiencing an issue with all the Contact form 7 forms on my site from few days that on submitting the form it returns a blank page. Also if I even didn’t fill the form and click the button it also returns the blank page.

    I have also verified that the form is submitting to the Admin and admin gets the e-mail containing form field values but button is not behaving correctly. I have also applied Contact form 7 Redirection plugin to redirect the form after submitting which I also did on my other sites and they are working. Infact on this site also the form is working smoothly but it is happening few days ago.

    Kindly have a look at the forms on my site and let me know what is the reason behind this issue.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    I am using Divi theme, Wp Review Slider Pro plugin, Social Feed plugin, FTP manager plugin. I have used the same theme and plugins on other sites and the forms are working fine on those sites.
