Easy Forms for MailChimp: Version 6.3.28

I have created two seperate lists, one using single opt-in and another using double opt-in (currently in use on the site is the one with single opt-in). Java enabled.

I have set this up to redirect t a custom URL after submit. But when hitting submit the page simply reloads with the e-mail adress still in the field.
No e-mail is added to the mailchimp list.
    No redirect.

    What’s wrong, I wonder.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @johnditmeyer,

This usually indicates a fatal javascript error is occurring on your site and it’s breaking our JS scripts. I will take a look at your page in a minute.

    Cheers,
    Kevin.

    Hello again John,

There are indeed a few JS errors being thrown on the page and these are breaking our scripts. Unfortunately I don’t have much information as to why these errors are occurring.

The first one is coming from the Jetpack plugin and is related to a spin function. I don’t know if this is something you have the ability to disable (is there a Jetpack spin functionality enabled on the site? Possibly loading spinners?) The file is {your_site}/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/jquery.spin.js

The second one is coming from the WooCommerce plugin and there’s even less information here. It is related to something with Cookies. The file is {your_site}/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/woocommerce.min.js

Do you have any insight into these errors?

A possible short-term solution is to use non-AJAX submissions – I believe this should work regardless of JS errors from other plugins.

    Let me know,
    Kevin.
