submit button on form

I have the same issue – though it IS clickable (if you click on it, it will still go thru), but it doesn’t actually “seem” like it’s clickable (you don’t see the button “move” when you press it). This started months ago, but left it because it was still technically working – though we get a lot of duplicate inquiries because the submitter keeps clicking and clicking because they don’t think its working.
