Submit button not working with conditions

Firstly may I thank you for the fantastic free form builder, I just switched for CF7 and Ninja and I am very happy.

I have run into two strange issues that I need a little assistance with please.

I have a form with a number of conditions such as dependant dropdowns etc. The form works perfectly with these conditions. However one condition I have is that if a particular radio option is set to true, then disable 4 fields, these fields are required fields. When the condition is met the fields are disabled but then the form won’t submit as the the required fields are not completed even though they are disabled. Should it not be that if a field is disabled so it the requirement for it to be filled?

The second issue is that I am using the modal functionality with the shortcode on a button, when the button is clicked and the form opens it adds some padding to the right hand side of my header which makes it spill over the browsers vertical scroll bar, when I close the form the padding is gone again.
