Submit button not working properly

    I am doing form testing at the moment and our site is live for government review so I need this resolved as soon as possible.

    The submit button in the Caldera form resume template does nothing after you PREVIEW your summary and then click SUBMIT, I have to click it like 10-20 times for the form to submit and show as success message.

    Do you know what the issue is? For people who are actually using this site will not know to click it many times and assume our site is not working.

    Nevermind, I just entirely deleted the second page from the template and it works fine now after I move the SUBMIT button to the first page and removed the PREVIEW INFORMATION which goes the second page.
