Submit Button not Working on Desktop

    We are having an issue with the plugin on desktop view. The submit button is not working. We have checked for plugin conflicts and have not found any. It seemed to be working before the previous updates, but no longer works. It still works on mobile view however.

    It?appears?there?are?two?instances?of?the?shortcode?on?the?webpage.?Remove?one?and?the?plugin?will?work?as?normal.
