I received an email from a customer about this page. When an appointment is successfully made, the “submit” button should flash before redirecting to a confirmation page. I’m hearing from some customers that the “submit” button is acting like there isn’t a link there and won’t submit their appointment form. I tried turning the captcha off on one of the forms and that didn’t seem to help.

The weird part is that when I had someone in a different location (like a different county in the state) test the forms, they worked perfectly. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I have tested the page you indicated in different environments didn’t experience that issue. If you can ask the customer the browser/device used when experienced the problem that may help to replicate and check it.

Thank you for using the plugin.

I know the customer claimed that they used both a PC and their phone when they experienced the issue. I believe the phone was a Samsung, but I don’t know the type. I’ve had some other people test it for me locally and the only people having problems are the people who live in the same city as my client. Those who did have problems only had them randomly, not every visit they made.

I had the same problem and found the solution.
When I opened the console (F12) and inspect the message when clicking the button, the message was “Uncaught TypeError: $dexQuery is not a function at HTMLDocument.v.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)”
On the right of the screen “AdGuard Popup Blocker.user.js:453”

So this had something to do with my AdGuard Popup Blocker.
I disabled it and…. POP, it worked !

Yes, a conflict with a third party plugin may be the cause. A way to identify the origin of the conflict is to deactivate the plugins one by one to check which one is causing the conflict. With the info of the plugin causing the conflict it’s easier to find a solution. Thank you for the feedback!
