    Hi

I’ve changed my site link, sorry about that. It is here. https://www.angelicobebe.co

At the top bar, there is a newsletter link

    Hi,

Did you use the widget to create this form? it looks like their is no list selected. That seems to be why it is not working.

    Best,
    Josh

I use shortcode to do this.

If you got to “Settings > Forms” you should see a place to select a list for that form on the bottom right of the screen.

Let me know if you don’t see it but once you select a list the form should start working.

    Best,
    Josh

Could you post a couple screenshots of the form and your widget?

Could you check also try disabling Ajax on the advanced tab under settings? It looks like the ajax call is hanging.

    (@irmankarim)

Hi, yes ajax seem to be the problem. Already disable it and it is is able to do the submission. However, I received an error after submission: SORRY, WE HAD A PROBLEM ADDING YOUR EMAIL. But i received the confirmation email at my end.

Josh is traveling but is hoping to investigate sometime this weekend. He found where the message comes from. Just not sure yet why it’s showing for you? Could you please click the following link for instructions on what info to provide support.

It might help to have that info.

So looking at you popup form it is missing a list id. Could you send a screenshot of your widget settings for the SendPress widget? also what are you using to create the pop up? i would like to try it on my test site.

In the html you will see this field:
    <input type="hidden" name="sp_list" id="list" class="sp_list" value="">

It should have the ID for the list you want poeple to be subscribed to. So something is missing because the id is gone. That is why you get the message.

I am actually using a theme popup: Royal. And i insert the shortcode instead of using a widgets. This is the shortcode i am using: [sp-form formid=18851]

I’ve attached a screenshort from the sendpress subscribers as well: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ja6fvinx8crvc65/Screen%20Shot%202014-10-06%20at%209.27.10%20am.png?dl=0
