Submit Button Not Present on iOS devices

    The submit button is not showing on iOS devices. It is present on desktop and android.

    The button is definitely there, but it’s apparently not getting much for default styling.

    What I saw a first: https://cloudup.com/cefSoB7A7sp It’s a little faint but does have a border and is below the checkbox.

    Basically just needs some touchup for mobile. We strive for minimal styling shipped out of the box, so that the forms inherit as much as they can from each website’s theme. However, sometimes that falls a little short, and this is a case like that.
