Submit Button Missing on Front End

  • Hi guys,

    Thanks for creating such an awesome plugin! I am having one issue though. I have the shortcode setup on this page:
    https://www.brandit.me/support/

    But as you can see, there is no submit button on the form. I am able to submit tickets by pressing “enter” on my mac, but other than that I can’t find a way to submit the ticket. Any suggestions?

    We checked the issue on your given url. There is css conflict with your theme. Can you tell us which theme you are using?

    Thanks for the response! We are using Divi – the site is using a child theme.
