    Hi, Love the plugin and just gave you a 5 star review for the great work you have done with this much needed plugin.

    I have one issue. I am inserting a gravity form and everything is good except for the fact that the submit button does not show any lettering. It just shows as a blank.

    I have the cookies set for first time visitors to the site so if u go to my site the form should popup. Check it out

    Ok..So I figured out a work-around for this issue. I set the gravity form submit to a self-hosted button image…and all is good.
