Submit button doesn’t work

I’m brand new to this plugin and everything I see is excellent! I can’t seem to enter any submissions myself. The submit button doesn’t seem to be live. Is there something I should do to make it so users or even myself can submit?

For an example. I used the example and wanted to ADD another submission. The SUBMIT button didn’t work. Is there something I need to do to make sure it does?
