Submit Button Does Nothing

Correction, the emails came to the new user to confirm subscription. So, that means the popup box is not giving the confirmation message, or going away.

Are you using the shortcode or widget to render the form? The shortcode / widget renders all the necessary fields for the form to do its job, simply copying the form mark-up won’t work.

Also, which pop-up box are you using @holograph? Since the page reloads when submitting the form the pop-up box is most likely disappearing. To have the form processed using JavaScript (without reloading the page) you will need the Pro version of the plugin.

Another option is to have the pop-up box re-appear once the form is submitted and the page is reloaded. To do that, you’ll need to modify the pop-up box though.
