submit button does not working.

I’ve a problem on this page https://livinfitwithtrish.com/
on the sign up form after submitting the content and hit submit button , but the submit button does not work , I added some css on the form to match it look like theme. but the same code is working on directly without css. So it maybe css problem. But I cant figure it out..
