Submit button does not work when acceptance is not ticked

Hi
I have a contact form 7 form in my site https://m40offices.com/contact-us/ which works perfectly while the acceptance for joining the mailing list option is ticked.
But when the option is unticked nothing happens at all when submit is pressed.
Any ideas?
