Submit button does not work

The JS file of Watu is not accessible:

You will not lose data when uninstalling unless you have selected this on Watu Settings page.

I removed watu and the reinstalled it. This did not work.

I turn off all the addons and this did work

with addons off I reinstalled watu and this did not work

what do I do next?

You need to disable addons one by one until you find which one is the offender. The problem is not coming from Watu.
