Submit Button disabled if you have 1 ticket defined (V6.4.1 bug)

We Just upgraded to V6.4.1 and the “Sign Me Up” button is now grayed-out (inactive) for all events where only 1 ticket is defined — Both on the front-end and in the back-end admin area

If admin defines more than one space, and user doesn’t select a space, then the submit button is greyed-out until user chooses # of tickets. That is not a good user experience and is causing confusion.

WORSE though, if the number of tickets is limited in admin settings to “at least = 1” and “at most = 1”, then NO spaces are shown in the form, and the submit button is disabled. (This is our most common type of event)
