Submit button directs to 404

I’m definitely sorry to hear of the troubles! To rule out any possible bugs, I tried to replicate this on my default, test site. With just Storefront, WC, and Photo Reviews for WooCommerce ver 1.2.9, there’s no problem uploading image or submitting reviews.

Have you tested for conflicts? I would recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps if not: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

And if you have taken these steps and the problem is still persisting, can you check the server configuration to ensure it meets the necessary requirements or there’s no restriction on the size of uploaded images?

I have updated all plugins and theme or WordPress latest available version.
I have using the divi theme.
And deactivate some plugins that I have doubt.
But still facing the error. Without image review is added but with image it redirects to 404 page.
