Submit Button Compatibility with Screen Readers

Hi, I was made aware by some folks in the blind / sight impaired community, that the “Submit” button on these forms isn’t compatible with their screen reader apps they use to help them read and access websites. Is there any setting I can tweak or other adjustment which will allow the submit button to be compatible with screenreader software ( https://www.afb.org/blindness-and-low-vision/using-technology/assistive-technology-products/screen-readers )
