Submit Button and Divi

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with the submit button for your forms not showing up.

I took a look at the page (https://www.focushealthgroup.com/contact) however I found that the form in use is not a WPForms form, but is rather one from Gravity Forms. Please see this screenshot for reference.

I apologize but we’re not able to provide support for third party applications. If you require further assistance with this, please reach out to the support team for Gravity Forms, as they would be familiar with how their program works.

In the case that you had changed to the Gravity Forms from a WPForms due to the issue, I’d be happy to take a look at the issue, but I’d need to be able to examine the issue directly, which means you’ll need to have the problem displaying somewhere for me to investigate.

Please let me know if there is an example that I can examine.

Otherwise, usually such an issue can be isolated by going through our Troubleshooting steps. Please give it a try ??
