submit button always take fedult text

Thanks for writing in. Could you please change the label of the submit button into Arabic from here and https://prnt.sc/13gr5q4 and it will do a trick.

If you want to change the Avatar then you can do it from the account page under the edit profile tab(https://prnt.sc/13grsl3). Also, the User Registration plugin has the profile picture feature too where you can upload the profile picture from the form, and later if you want to change then you can change it from the account page too and this is the premium feature. Hi, this is what I do but the label change only the first time I open the page then when reload the page it return back to the default text Submit
