The Submit and PayPal buttons are not showing on website

I hope you are doing good today.

All of this sounds like a conflict here.

1. Could you check in the first place do you see any kind of errors in the browser console?

2. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to a default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

3. Please export your form, upload to google drive or dropbox, share a link in next reply so we could test your form on our lab site.

Let us know about #1 and #2 what are the results.

I’ve tried it in different browsers and on different computers. It’s the same result.

When I refresh the page, the paypal options appears for like a second before vanishing. The Submit button doesn’t even appear in the preview. I tried building a form from scratch and everything was fine. The Submit button was there until I added the Paypal payment option. When I did that the submit button vanished, even in the preview. My site isn’t active yet, it’s still in the “Coming Soon” mode and I don’t have many plugins active.

I tried deactivating each plugin but still no change.

Also it would be great if you can share an export of the form which will help us more.

After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.

Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

Additionally, please check if you have any server side caching and turn that off temporarily and try enabling both options in Edit Form->Behavior->Rendering if they are not enabled already.
