Submit an Event

Hey, guys!
I’m trying to add the Submit an Event button to my site. I looked for the event_form.php file in my templates folder, and could not find it. I couldn’t find it in ANY of my folders. I read you are suppose to move this file to forms folder.
Any thoughts on where this file might be? Am I even on the right track? Thanks so much for any help you can give!
