submit a ticket from remote wp site

We have this in the roadmap. Unfortunately I don’t have an ETA but that’s definitely something we will do.

Its more like I have site 1, site 2, site 3, site 4 and the main site (site 1) is where I will install the plugin. I want to be able to submit a ticket from site 2, 3, and 4 and have it funnel to site 1 install. This will make it easier so that I wont have to manage 4 different help desk systems.

Is it gonna be a WordPress Multisite or just independent sites?

you should be able to do a remote db change and get it done fairly easy, we did it with facetwp and it took maybe a few hours

The problem is that there are quite a few actions triggered on ticket creation (assign an agent, e-mail notifications, save possible custom fields…).

For that reason, we want to be able to use our internal Ticket API. This is why it takes some time.

using the remote db trick it will load everything from the main site where the plugin sits. so it wouldnt need to trigger all that.

Oh. Do you have some code sample for that?
