submit a link plugin?

Hi, I run a very big site but want to give my visitors the option of being able to submit links correlating to a specific post without having to input the information myself. I’ve seen video sites and multimedia sites have these submit link widgets where you share your link and it gets posted to that specific post without having to actually use the comment box under the post. Can anyone recommend a plugin or a direction where I should look into this?
