    Hello,

I have a really simple question.
I have a form with 5 choices and I use this form to subscribe people to activities for an event.

Now when people subscribed I’d like to have the number of people that choose the choice1, the number of people that choose the choice2 etc.

I need that because I want to see how many people will participate for every activity. For the moment I see only the activities chosen for each person who submitted the form.

    Can you help here?

    Many thanks in advance

    Hi @nellolux,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Dear user, in the Form maker > Submissions section we have Statistics, which does the required functionality. It can be visible both from the back end and the front end (when publishing submissions.)

Please see the following screen recording to understand how it works https://recordit.co/lLiADu2fkN

Feel free to drop us a line for any further inquiries.

    Hey Zhanna,
    Thank you for you answer.
I do know and already tested the statistics. My question is more precise.
I’m using the form to subscribe people to activities during an event. The thing is that every participant can choose multiple activities so in the statistics I see the choices grouped by submission. In other words I’m not able to see how many people participate to every activity because the statistics gives me information on all the choices.

Your video is valid and working well if every participant chooses only one checkbox.

Can you please help me here understand how to have this view ?

Here you can see a backend view of the situation

As you can see, I cannot count how many people will participate to a single event as the statistics as a grouped view on the choices done.

    Hi @nellolux,

Yes, you are right for multiple choice field this is not a solution.

We have gone forward and created a custom version for you, this way it’ll show the choices separately not grouped, so you’ll be able to have the final number easily.

Please download the plugin from this link and install on your website.

Note: this is the free version if you use the pro version, then please do not install this version, write to me and I’ll send you custom pro version.
