• We noticed users complaining that they could not submit forms. After testing the issue ourselves we confirmed that the forms were no longer submitting to us. More bizarre tho is that the forms work fine and submit if we are logged into the wordpress admin and then try to do a submission. It seemed that this occurred with the lasted update – was there some security issue that changed that we need to make an adjustment on? We have been exploring the plugin and looking for the holy grail to change but have been unsuccessful. Any help would be much appreciated.

Our Website is DailyAdrenaline.com and a sample form we are using with Ninja forms is : https://dailyadrenaline.com/submit/

  • Hi, I’m experiencing the same problem. Forms are not working and sending when not logged in. This issue occurred after the last update.

    Please fix this!

    Cheers,
    Jaap

I have the exact same problem too, on a very high profile website. The error I am getting is
TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hide_complete’ of undefined

I was able to fix it by disabling w3 total cache plugin but would like to know how to keep it working with the cache plugin active as it was before.

If you could all fill out a ticket here (https://ninjaforms.com/contact/) that would be immensely helpful and is the best way to get a response from our team. Go ahead and link to this thread so we can track these together, though. Please provide a copy of you System Status page as well as let us know who your host is. @polinet, you can do single page exclusions in W3 Total Cache so that you don’t need to disable the entire plugin.
