Submissions not working as of july 1st

    Hi all

    There’s a contact form at the bottom of this page https://tileandstonemedic.co.uk/terms

    It uses CF7

    It seems to have stopped working since July 1st, and doesn’t submit properly.

    When submitting, ‘confirmation’ appears in the top left of the form and all fields stay filled. The entry is not logged in the site.
